  • When booking, the customer must provide truthful and complete information (name, contact number, pick-up time and place, destination, etc.).

  • It is recommended that you confirm all service details in advance to avoid errors or misunderstandings.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or using the methods available on our platform.

  • For airport transfers, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the reservation.

  • For other services, full payment must be made before or at the start of the activity.

4. Responsibility

  • CM Transfer Tour Puerto Plata is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the trip.

  • Pickup and arrival times may vary slightly due to traffic or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • In the event of force majeure (extreme weather, road closures, demonstrations, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service, with prompt notice to the customer.

5. Customer Conduct

  • All passengers are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other customers.

  • Smoking, alcohol, and illicit substances are not permitted inside vehicles.

  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate cancellation of service without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of CM Transfer Tour Puerto Plata and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
