1. General Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel their reservation at any time without penalty if made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • For cancellations made with less notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total value of the service will be applied.

2. Advance Payments

  • For airport transfer services, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

  • This payment ensures the driver's availability and covers travel-related expenses (fuel, time, and logistics).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original reservation.

  • The process can take between 3 and 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment method used.

  • No refunds will be issued for services already started or completed.

4. Service Modifications

In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen events beyond our control, CM Transfer Tour Puerto Plata may offer a rescheduled service or a partial refund, as appropriate.
